Part of that service comes from understanding local markets, right down to the block, lot and building. The influences affecting property values at the micro-market level aren't always evident and are constantly changing. Keeping up with those changes is one way I try to give my clients an edge.

I know it's easy to get property information from the internet but you can't make good buying or selling decisions without perspective and judgment. That's why continuing education in my field is a priority for me. There's a lot of information floating around the internet, but integrating that information and condensing it for my clients is what allows them to spot opportunities amid the pot holes.
